Tell us which Queensland inspection station, date range and time of day work for you. Once your request is active, our service monitors WOVI availability for cancellations. When a suitable earlier appointment appears, we email you immediately so you can book it directly with WOVI.
Submit your vehicle, owner and preferred appointment details. We monitor the selected Queensland WOVI schedule and look for a cancellation that matches your location and morning or afternoon preference. When a match appears, we email you immediately with the available days and times - you then book the appointment directly with WOVI. Monitoring runs for 14 days from your request date.
The $500 success fee activates the cancellation-monitoring and notification service, which starts working for you from the moment your booking is submitted. Payment is handled through Stripe. The fee is non-refundable once charged; full terms are presented at checkout. The government inspection charge and any repair, transport or re-inspection costs are separate.
Have the vehicle identification, repairable write-off details, owner or customer reference information and required paperwork ready. Choose a preferred date at least ten days ahead. Accurate details reduce avoidable booking delays and help ensure the station can process the vehicle when the appointment is secured.
